About Nimrod

Lifecycle thinking for the journey after the click.

I combine marketing strategy, customer-journey design, email automation and direct insight into the language pet owners use.

My positioning

I help brands keep more of the customer value they already worked to acquire.

The work begins when someone shows intent—subscribes, browses, starts checkout, purchases or reaches an expected replenishment window.

I focus on lifecycle strategy, automation logic, segmentation, mobile-first copy, quality assurance, deliverability and transparent measurement. I do not treat every problem as “send more emails.”

“The goal is not to make the automation look busy. It is to help the right customer receive the right next message for a clear reason.”— Working principle
The pet-market connection

Eight dogs make customer language difficult to ignore.

I own eight dogs and run a dog-focused content platform. That keeps me close to the everyday language of pet ownership: safety, trust, routine, anxiety, health, identity, convenience and care.

That experience does not replace customer research or performance data. It improves the questions I ask and the assumptions I challenge.

Customer empathy

Pet purchases are emotional, practical and deeply personal.

A pet owner can evaluate safety, fit, trust, routine and responsibility at the same time. Strong lifecycle messaging respects that complexity.
